From the time Dr. Jenny Schmidt-White graduated with a BA in psychology from the University of Manitoba, and practiced sports rehabilitation as a Registered Massage Therapist (Banff & Canmore, Alberta), to when she studied to become a Naturopathic Doctor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, she had put into practice the link between physical and emotional health as a doorway to wellness in all areas of life.

Family ties and being in nature are integral to health as she’d learned from growing up in the community-centred and nature-filled prairies of Manitoba. She has many interests in life…all of which include breathing.
