Description
As a boy, Dr. Lawrence Chan watched with great interest as his father and uncle and their colleagues practiced Tai Chi and Traditional Chinese Medicine. His ambition was to follow in his father’s footsteps. After high school, he first obtained a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University, and then went to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where he obtained his Doctorate. His continuing need to understand the dynamics of the human body led him to study and successfully complete Doctorates in Naturopathic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. In addition to Preventative and Functional Medicine, he has a strong personal interest in the study of ANTI-AGING medicine as applied to Longevity in the fullest sense: Health of Mind, Body and Spirit.
